Jamtara district (Hindi: जामताड़ा जिला, Bengali: জামতাড়া জেলা, Santali: ᱡᱟᱢᱛᱟᱲᱟ ᱦᱚᱱᱚᱛ) is one of the twenty-four districts of Jharkhand state in eastern India.
