''Irca's Romance'' (Czech: ''Irčin románek'') is a 1936 Czech romance film directed by Karel Hašler and starring Jiřina Steimarová, Rolf Wanka and Theodor Pištěk. It was one of several Czech films of the 1930s to involve a trip to an Adriatic resort.Engelen & Van Heuckelom p.124 A separate German-language version ''Escape to the Adriatic'' was made in a co-production with Austria. Karel Hašler
Karel Hašler (31 October 1879 in Prague – 22 December 1941 in Mauthausen) was a Czech songwriter, actor, lyricist, film and theatre director, composer, writer, dramatist, screenwriter and cabaretier. He was murdered in the Mauthausen concentration camp. Biography Hašler studied to be a glove-maker, but he became intererested in theatre at a young age and occasionally performed with amateur theatre ensembles. In 1897, following his debut at the ''Aréna Theatre'' he left home and successively joined various travelling theatre companies. Milka Balek-Brodská
Milka is a brand of chocolate confectionery, originally made in Switzerland in 1901 by Chocolat Suchard, Suchard. It has then been produced in Lörrach, Germany for the past 100 years. Since 2012 it has been owned by US-based company Mondelez International, when it started following the steps of its predecessor Kraft Foods Inc., which had taken over the brand in 1990.
