Anthony Irby (died 1625)
Anthony Irby (1547 – 6 October 1625) was an England, English lawyer and politician who sat in the House of Commons of England, House of Commons at various times between 1589 and 1622. Background Irby was the only son of Thomas Irby of Whaplode and his wife Isabel Serjeant, daughter of Thomas Serjeant. He matriculated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge in 1559 and was called to the bar by Lincoln's Inn in 1569. His uncle was Leonard Irby. He was commissioner for sewers in Lincolnshire in 1564. Career Irby became Recorder (legal office), recorder and town clerk of Stamford, Lincolnshire. In 1588 some of the burgesses of Stamford terminated his appointment as recorder and possibly as a result, when he was elected Member of Parliament (MP) that year, it was for Boston (UK Parliament constituency), Boston. After making enquiries in January 1589, the Privy Council ordered in March that Irby, "a gentleman of good discretion, credit and learning", should be reinstated as rec ...

Joyce "Fenderella" Irby (born July 16, 1954) is an American singer, songwriter, bass guitarist and producer. She was the co-lead vocalist of the all-female band Klymaxx. Irby has also worked with artists such as Lloyd, Troop, Sammie, The SOS Band and Shalamar. Career In her teenage years, she used to stand outside concert arenas in the South with her bass around her neck, playing on loading ramps. There she was first noticed by George Clinton. Kenneth Irby
Kenneth Lee Irby (November 18, 1936 – July 30, 2015) was an American poet. He won a 2010 Shelley Memorial Award. He is sometimes associated with the Black Mountain poets, especially with Robert Duncan, Robert Creeley, and Ed Dorn. He was born in Bowie, Texas, and In 1940 he moved to Fort Scott, Kansas with his family. He graduated from the University of Kansas, from Harvard University with an A.M., and from the University of California, Berkeley with a M.L.S. degree. He was a visiting professor at the University of Copenhagen on a Fulbright grant. Irby's last role was as a professor of English at the University of Kansas. Lynna Irby (born December 6, 1998) is an American track and field sprinter who competes in the 100m, 200m, and 400m dash events. At the 400m dash, she set an all-time world record at the age of 12 running 54.57 before becoming the fastest American 400m high school runner in the last 20 years. She gained 16 national titles from Jr Olympic and Youth National meets. Irby has won silver medals in the event at both the 2015 World Youth Championships and the 2016 World Junior Championships. John R. (born John Richbourg, August 20, 1910 - February 15, 1986) was an American radio disc jockey who attained fame in the 1950s and 1960s for playing rhythm and blues music on Nashville radio station WLAC. He was also a notable record producer and artist manager. Richbourg was arguably the most popular and charismatic of the four announcers at WLAC who showcased popular African-American music in nightly programs from the late 1940s to the early 1970s. (The other three were Gene Nobles, Herman Grizzard, and Bill "Hoss" Allen.)
