Iran National Auto Loan
The Iran National Auto Loan was a short lived financial arrangement between the government of Hassan Rouhani Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iran Khodro, SAIPA and other Iranian car manufacturers who produced cars within the country. A list of 21 vehicles, had been released initially but that number quickly changed as other car makers joined in on the offer. The auto loan ceiling had been set at 250 million rials ($7120 at market exchange rate) with an interest rate of between 16-18%. The payback period is a maximum seven years or 84 installments. On November 15, 2015, The Central Bank of Iran sent a notice to automakers and dealers, asking them to watch for the limited number of car loans available. Hassan Rouhani
Hassan Rouhani ( fa, حسن روحانی, Standard Persian pronunciation: ; born Hassan Fereydoun ( fa, حسن فریدون, links=no); 12 November 1948) is an Iranian politician who served as the seventh president of Iran from 2013 to 2021. He is also a sharia lawyer ("Wakil"), academic, former diplomat and Islamic cleric. He has been a member of Iran's Assembly of Experts since 1999. He was a member of the Expediency Council from 1991 to 2021, and also was a member of the Supreme National Security Council from 1989 to 2021. Rouhani was deputy speaker of the fourth and fifth terms of the Parliament of Iran ( Majlis) and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council from 1989 to 2005. The Tiba (project name: S81) is an Iranian automobile industry, Iranian car made by Saipa Group, Saipa, that was unveiled in December 2008 and originally named "Miniature". Price has been estimated to be less than 7,000 dollars. The car platform has been designed by Saipa, and its safety is reasonable. In its production the services of some 122 local manufacturers have been utilized and about 810 parts have been produced. A new subsidiary, Saipa Kashan will take up production of the car.
