Ioan Mera
Ioan Mera (born 5 January 1987) is a Romanian professional football official and a former centre back. He is the sporting director of Politehnica Timișoara. Club career Mera began his youth career at Avântul Reghin and at 15 years old he was transferred at Poli. Politehnica Timișoara He signed in 2003, where he was still young, and he play for second team. He scored his first goal in Liga I match against Universitatea Craiova. FC Spartak Vladikavkaz (russian: link=no, Футбольный клуб «Спартак Владикавказ») was a Russian association football, football club based in Vladikavkaz (formerly Ordzhonikidze), North Ossetia–Alania. 2011–12 Liga II
The 2011–12 Liga II was the 72nd season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The league structure had two series of 16 teams each. The first two teams in each series were promoted and the last three in each series were relegated. The season began on August 20. Teams Three of the five relegated teams from the previous Liga I season, Timișoara, Gloria Bistrița and Unirea Urziceni, did not apply for a Liga II license. The latter club was dissolved, while the first two appealed the relegation decision at the Court of Arbitration for Sport and did not to apply for Liga II licenses. Previously they were denied Liga I licenses for the 2011–12 season and were relegated, despite finishing on non-relegating spots. Their cases were dismissed by the CAS on July 18. The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor.
