''Introducing'' is the debut extended play by Swedish singer Zara Larsson. The EP was released on 21 January 2013, by TEN Music Group and Universal Music Group Universal Music Group N.V. (often abbreviated as UMG and referred to as just Universal Music) is a Dutch– American multinational music corporation under Dutch law. UMG's corporate headquarters are located in Hilversum, Netherlands and its .... The first and only single from the album, " Uncover", was released on 21 January 2013. "Uncover" went on to be a success, topping the charts in Sweden and Norway along with becoming certified 6× Platinum in Sweden and Platinum in Norway. Commercial performance Although the album itself did not chart on any charts, its songs did well. Besides "Uncover" being an enormous hit, other songs on the EP including "Under My Shades", "When Worlds Collide", and "It's a Wrap", peaked at number 45, number 26, and number 43, respectively. Zara Larsson
Zara Maria Larsson (, ; born 16 December 1997) is a Swedish pop singer. In 2008, at the age of 10, she won the second season of the talent show '' Talang'', the Swedish version of the ''Got Talent'' format. Since then she has received recognition with singles including " Lush Life" (2015), " Never Forget You" (2015), "Girls Like" (2016) featuring Tinie Tempah and "Ain't My Fault" (2016). She later featured on Clean Bandit's single, "Symphony" (2017), topping the charts in the UK and Sweden. Her third studio album in 2021 was preceded by the international hit "Ruin My Life" (2018). Erik Arvinder (born 1984) is a Swedish violinist, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, orchestrator and conductor known for his work with artists such as Avicii, Childish Gambino, John Legend, Galantis and deadmau5. Early life and influences Arvinder was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. He completed undergraduate and graduate studies in violin performance at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Career Arvinder began his career as a violinist and was a member of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra from 2008 to 2012. He has served as concertmaster for multiple Nordic ensembles and is one of the founding members of the Vamlingbo Quartet. It was written by Marcus Sepehrmanesh, Robert Habolin and Gavin Jones and it was produced by Habolin. It initially charted on DigiListan charts, SR P3 charts for downloads on 27 January 2013 and eventually charted on Sverigetopplistan, the official Swedish Singles Chart on 22 February 2013 becoming number one. The single also charted in Norway reaching number one as well.
