It is credited to Idrees Sulieman, Webster Young, John Coltrane and Bobby Jaspar, with Mal Waldron, Kenny Burrell, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor. Overview ''Interplay for 2 Trumpets and 2 Tenors'' was released in November 1957 on Prestige Records as 7112. ''Interplay'' is a 1963 album by jazz musician Bill Evans. It was recorded in July 1962 in New York City for Riverside Records. ''The Interplay Sessions'' is a 1982 Milestone album that includes the entirety of this album, and tracks recorded for Riverside on August 21 and 22 of the same year with a different lineup (with Zoot Sims and Ron Carter, and without Freddie Hubbard and Percy Heath). ''The Interplay Sessions'' peaked at number 26 on the ''Billboard'' Jazz Albums charts in 1983. The CD reissue ''Interplay'' adds another take of "I'll Never Smile Again" as a bonus track. ''Interplay'' is a ballet in one act made by Jerome Robbins, subsequently ballet master of New York City Ballet, for Billy Rose's Concert Varieties to Morton Gould's 1945 ''American Concertette''. The premiere took place on Friday, 1 June 1945 at the Ziegfeld Theatre, New York. It was taken into the repertory of the American Ballet Theatre and presented on Wednesday, 17 October that year with costumes by Irene Sharaff. It has been revived for the City Ballet on Tuesday, 23 December 1952 at City Center of Music and Drama. Contents ''Interplay'' was a magazine focusing on Metagaming products exclusively, particularly ''The Fantasy Trip''. Publication history After Metagaming Concepts had sold off ''The Space Gamer'', they later began publishing a new periodical: ''Interplay: The Metagamer Diaries'' #1 (May/June 1981). Per Shannon Appelcline, "Unfortunately, it wasn't up to Metagaming's previous standards. The magazine's black & white covers were a clear step down from the glossy full-color covers of ''The Space Gamer''. Interplay Europe
Interplay Europe is one of the most important festivals for young playwrights in Europe. It is organized by Interplay; an international, not-for-profit arts organisation for the furtherance of young playwrights aged 18 to 26. It was founded in Sydney in 1985. Every two years Interplay organises the largest and most prestigious festival of its kind, World Interplay, in Australia. Every other year a European country hosts Interplay Europe. The first Interplay Europe was held in 1995 in Mainz organized by the playwrights Antje Rávic Strubel and Tobias Rausch and Interplay Europe e.V became official in 1998, which was also in Berlin. Participants from all over Europe discuss their plays for two inspiring, practical and creative weeks in classes, workshops, forums and events with experienced international tutors.
