International Wrestling Cartel
International Wrestling Cartel is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is currently owned and operated by Justin Plummer. Norm Connors ran the promotion for 19 years until he handed the reigns to then announcer Chuck Roberts. Chuck Roberts owned the International Wrestling Cartel till 2015 before being sold to Justin Plummer. IWC holds live events and pay-per-views now exclusively on their streaming network, the IWC Network. Annual PPV events include Winner Takes All, Caged Fury, Reloaded, Night of the Superstars, and the long lasting Super Indy Tournament. IWC aired 56 episodes of a weekly television show called IWC Ignition. In 2019, the promotion unveiled the IWC Network which allowed streaming of live events and a back-catalog of past events as far back as 2002. West Mifflin, Pennsylvania
West Mifflin is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States, located southeast of downtown Pittsburgh. The population was 20,313 at the 2010 census. IWC Women's Championship
The IWC Women's Championship is a professional wrestling women's championship in the wrestling promotion International Wrestling Cartel. The title was first awarded on December 10, 2016, when Britt Baker defeated Marti Belle, April Sera, and Sonya Strong in a four-way elimination match by last eliminating Sera. As of April 24, 2022, there have been ten reigns among seven wrestlers. The inaugural champion was Britt Baker. Katie Arquette has the most reigns at three. Ray Lyn has the longest singular reign at 456 days. Madison Rayne has the shortest singular reign at 28 days. The current champion is Holidead. She defeated Ray Lyn at Plummerslam on June 3, 2023. Joshua Harter (born February 4, 1982), better known by his ring name Chris Sabin, is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to Impact Wrestling, and is also known for his work in Ring of Honor. After being trained by Scott D'Amore, Sabin debuted in 2000 for Border City Wrestling (BCW), and quickly began competing for numerous other independent promotions. Hunter Johnston (born December 19, 1980) is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Delirious, currently signed to Impact Wrestling. He is known for his outrageous antics, such as running around aimlessly and screaming wildly when the opening ring bell sounds, and speaking in a rambling and mostly incoherent fashion. Delirious has competed internationally in Japan, Mexico, Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom. Alexander K. Whybrow (February 18, 1981April 11, 2011) was an American professional wrestler and manager, better known by his ring name Larry Sweeney.
