Milton Teófilo Morrison Ramírez(born August 14, 1975) is a Dominican electrical engineer, writer, businessperson, Dominican politician and a 2020 Dominican Republic presidential candidate. Milton was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to Mateo Morrison, an award-winning poet, and Cristobalina Ramírez, a librarian.
