Ingeborg Gjærum
Ingeborg Gjærum (born 16 April 1985) is a Norwegian environmentalist. She hails from Ottestad. She broke national news in 2005, when she was a central board member of Natur og Ungdom. She was deputy leader from 2006 to 2008, and became leader in 2008. She remained so until 2009. Ottestad
Ottestad is a village in Stange Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village centre is located about north of the village of Stangebyen and about south of the village of Bekkelaget, Innlandet, Bekkelaget. The whole northern part of Stange, surrounding the village centre, is often referred to as Ottestad as well. Ottestad Church is located in the village. Historically, the families who lived on the Ottestad farm took that farm name as their surname. The name is a protected surname in Norway seeing that fewer than 200 people have it. In 2021, there were 197 people living in Norway with Ottestad as their surname. References

Natur Og Ungdom
Natur og Ungdom (NU) which translates Nature and Youth, also known in English as Young Friends of the Earth Norway, is a Norwegian youth environment protecting organisation. It is the only environmentalist youth organisation in Norway. 7,000 members, in 80 local groups, work on environmental issues all throughout the country. Officially, NU is the youth branch of the Norwegian Society for the Conservation of Nature. The organisation is led by Gina Gylver. The main issues the organisation works with include petroleum, public transport, energy, and nature conservation. Bård Lappegård Lahn (born 26 May 1983 in Stange, Norway) is a Norwegian environmentalist and writer. He is a researcher at CICERO Center for international climate research in Oslo, with a research focus on climate politics, sociology, and Science and Technology Studies. He has previously worked as an adviser on international climate policy in the Norwegian Society for the Conservation of Nature, and from 2006 to 2008 he was chairman of the environmental NGO Natur og Ungdom. Prior to his leadership he had been deputy chairman since 2003 and an active member of Natur og Ungdom since the mid-1990s.
