Indecision (band)
Indecision was an American hardcore punk band that was started in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn in 1993, and officially disbanded in the summer of 2000 though they still play shows occasionally for charity. Indecision is known for their song "Hallowed Be Thy Name". The song features the lyric "For those I love, I will sacrifice" that fans across the world have turned into a tattoo. Photographer Laura Rauch took a photograph of the tattoo on the ribs of a 19-year-old US Army Infantryman named Kyle Hockenberry who was being treated in a medevac helicopter following an explosion that cost him both of his legs and one arm. The photo was taken for a military newspaper and went on to win an award from the Society of Professional Journalists. The lyric subsequently gained popularity with members of the armed forces. Winston McCall, the lead vocalist and lyricist of Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive also has one half of the lyric tattooed down each of his forearms. ...

Indecision 2000
''Comedy Central's Indecision 2000'' was a series of special episodes featured on ''The Daily Show with Jon Stewart'' spoofing the 2000 Presidential Election. This series covered the primaries leading up to the general election between George W. Bush and Al Gore. The series featured "correspondents" at the Democratic National Convention as well as the Republican National Convention. At the conventions, the correspondents interviewed many politicians in the comedic style that has made ''The Daily Show'' famous. On the first episode after election night, Jon Stewart said that the name was a joke and he had not expected people to take it seriously, referring to the debacle in Florida. This edition of Indecision also included a separate series called ''Lewis Black's World of Politics'', aired during the Republican and Democratic national conventions and featuring Lewis Black. It was included on Black's DVD releases ''Lewis Black - Unleashed'' in 2003. In 2000, ''Indecision 2000'' won ...

Indecision 2006
''The Daily Show with Jon Stewart's'' Indecision 2006 was Stewart's coverage of the 2006 general elections. It extended for most of the campaign period for that election, but grew especially intensive toward the actual date of the election on November 7. It marked the first appearance of John Oliver on the show. In particular, the Indecision 2006 coverage extended to the Midwest Midterm Midtacular, which was a special of ''The Daily Show'' that aired from October 30, 2006 through November 2, 2006. It was filmed in Columbus, Ohio at Roy Bowen Theater on the campus of Ohio State University. The Midtacular chose to film in Ohio due to that state's highly contested and critical role in the outcomes of both the midterm elections held on November 7, 2006 and in the 2004 Presidential election (another possible reason is that Ohio is located in the Midwest/middle of the United States, in keeping with the "middle" centric theme). Featured candidates from Ohio were the successful Ohio Gov ...

Comedy Central's Indecision 2008
''Comedy Central's Indecision 2008'' was the special coverage of the United States presidential election provided by several programs on the Comedy Central network. Unlike the previous "Indecision" specials, presented only by ''The Daily Show'' (or ''The Daily Show'' and ''The Colbert Report'', in the case of '' Indecision 2006 Midterm Midtacular''), two Comedy Central programs were involved. ''Lil' Bush'' was originally going to be the third show involved, but after the show's second season finale on May 15, 2008, it entered an indefinite hiatus that had not ended by the time of the election. Clusterf@#k to the White House During 2007, ''The Daily Shows coverage of early events in the election has been named ''Clusterf@#k to the White House'', alluding to the many candidates that had entered the election race. On April 9, 2007, the show revealed its new election set, in the style of network news stations like CNN, NBC, and Fox News. On August 26, coverage of the 2008 Democratic N ...

The Daily Show
''The Daily Show'' is an American late-night talk and satirical news television program. It airs each Monday through Thursday on Comedy Central with release shortly after on Paramount+. ''The Daily Show'' draws its comedy and satire form from recent news stories as well as political figures, media organizations, and often uses self-referential humor. ''Sheep Farming in Barnet'' is the debut studio album by the English new wave band Toyah, fronted by Toyah Willcox, released in 1979 by Safari Records. Background The album was produced by Steve James and future band member Keith Hale. The album's title refers to an actual sheep farm located in the Finchley area of North London. Toyah said: "I just thought the title of the album should be something that doesn't tie tdown to a particular style or a particular time. I wanted the title to be obscure. (...) It was an enigmatic name". The album cover was designed by Bill Smith and features a photo of Toyah Willcox at the RAF Fylingdales radar station near Whitby in Yorkshire, in front of the three radomes, with her head posing as the fourth one. SoulDecision
soulDecision was a Canadian pop band active from 1993 to 2005. They are best known for the single, " Faded", which hit number-one in Canada in 2000, and " Ooh It's Kinda Crazy" which became a hit as well the following year in early 2001. Career The group was formed in Vancouver, British Columbia under the original name 'Indecision' by singer and multi-instrumentalist Trevor Guthrie, singer David Bowman, and keyboard player Ken Lewko, who were studying music together at Capilano College. Before signing a record deal, they released a couple of singles that received national top 40 radio airplay. The success of those singles led them to a record deal with Universal Music. However, due to a name conflict with an American band, they reluctantly changed their name from Indecision; they allowed their manager, Garry Francis, to choose the new name soulDecision. Launched at the height of the boy band era, they nonetheless wrote their own songs and played their own instruments. The group ...
