''In Good Company'' is a 2004 American romantic comedy drama film, written and directed by Paul Weitz, and starring Dennis Quaid, Topher Grace, and Scarlett Johansson. Paul Weitz (filmmaker)
Paul John Weitz (born November 19, 1965) is an American filmmaker, playwright, and actor. He is the older brother of filmmaker Chris Weitz. Together they worked on the comedy films '' American Pie'' and '' About a Boy''; for the latter, they were both nominated for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay. A mortgage loan or simply mortgage (), in civil law jurisdicions known also as a hypothec loan, is a loan used either by purchasers of real property to raise funds to buy real estate, or by existing property owners to raise funds for any purpose while putting a lien on the property being mortgaged.
