The film stars Wild Bill Elliott, Dorothy Gulliver, Harry Woods, Jack Ingram, Franklyn Farnum and Frank Ellis. The film was released on November 2, 1938, by Columbia Pictures. Plot Marshal Jeff sends his friend Whit Gordon to help Tombstone, a city where Bull and his gang rule with help of the Sheriff and the Judge. Audrey "Art" Davis (May 31, 1913 – January 16, 1987) was an American musician, singer and actor. Biography Davis was born in Paradise, Texas, United States. His family moved to Oklahoma when he was two and then back to Texas to the town of Lewisville. His father was a musician, and by the age of seven, Davis was an accomplished fiddler. His parents divorced and his mother moved the family to Dallas where Davis enrolled in high school. He played football and was in the school band playing clarinet.
