Imran Khan (born 14 July 1988) is a Pakistani cricketer who made his Twenty20 debut for the Peshawar Panthers during the 2014–15 season of the Haier T20 Cup. He is a left-arm fast bowler, known for "bamboozl ngopposing batsmen" through his "repertoire of slower balls". He made his Twenty20 International debut against Zimbabwe on 27 September 2015. Hailing from Swat District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Imran played district cricket for Swat in the Peshawar division of the country-wide Inter-District Senior Tournament. Having been selected in the Peshawar Panthers' squad for the 2014–15 Haier T20 Cup, he went on to play seven matches in eight days at the tournament, held in September 2014. Imran finished with twelve wickets from six matches at the tournament, the most of any player. His wickets were taken at a bowling average of 12.91 and a strike rate of 10.91 balls per wicket, and he was accordingly named "best bowler" at the end of the tournament. Swat, Pakistan
Swat District (, ps, سوات ولسوالۍ, ) is a district in the Malakand Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Bowling Average
In cricket, a player's bowling average is the number of runs they have conceded per wicket taken. The lower the bowling average is, the better the bowler is performing. It is one of a number of statistics used to compare bowlers, commonly used alongside the economy rate and the strike rate to judge the overall performance of a bowler. When a bowler has taken only a small number of wickets, their bowling average can be artificially high or low, and unstable, with further wickets taken or runs conceded resulting in large changes to their bowling average. 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup
The 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup was the first edition of the Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup, a List A cricket tournament that took place in Pakistan from 6 September to 4 November 2018. Each match was played after the conclusion of the corresponding first-class fixture in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. Following the conclusion of the group stage, National Bank of Pakistan, Khan Research Laboratories, Habib Bank Limited and Islamabad from Pool A along with Sui Southern Gas Corporation, Pakistan Television, Water and Power Development Authority and Multan from Pool B had all qualified for the quarter-finals. Lahore Lions ( ur, لاہور لائنز, Punjabi: لہور لائنز abbreviated as LIO) was a Pakistani franchise cricket team representing the city Lahore and was one of the 19 domestic teams. AJK Jaguars
The AJK Jaguars ( ur, ) was a Pakistani men's professional Twenty20 cricket team that competed in the Haier T20 League and based in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan. The Jaguars played at the Mirpur Cricket Stadium and was owned by the AJK Regional Cricket Association. History The AJK Jaguars were formed in 2014–15 season to represent the region Azad Kashmir in the national tournament. The 2014-15 tournament was a terrible tournament for them as they lost all four matches in their group coming last and therefore got eliminated from the tournament.
