Iloosh Khoshabe
Ilush Khoshabe (1932–2012) was an Iranian bodybuilder and actor who was born to Assyrian parents in Geogtapa, Iran. In Assyrian, the name Khoshabe (or Khoshaba) means 'Sunday.' He appeared in a number of films produced across the Middle East and Europe under a variety of pseudonyms, including Rod Flash Ilush, Richard Lloyd, Iloosh Khoshabe, and the mononyms Ilush and Iloosh. Khoshabe is best known for starring in Italian '' peplum'' films produced in the early 1960s, including ''Vulcan, Son of Jupiter'' and ''The Seven Tasks of Ali Baba'' (both 1962), as well as ''Hercules, Samson and Ulysses'' (1963) and '' The Invincible Brothers Maciste'' (1964). Urmia
Urmia or Orumiyeh ( fa, ارومیه, Variously transliterated as ''Oroumieh'', ''Oroumiyeh'', ''Orūmīyeh'' and ''Urūmiyeh''.) is the largest city in West Azerbaijan Province of Iran and the capital of Urmia County. It is situated at an altitude of above sea level, and is located along the Shahar River on the Urmia Plain. Plot In Ithaca, off the coast of Greece, Hercules is living a happy family life with his wife Iole and his little son at the court of Laertes, father of Ulysses. Ulysses is a youth who demonstrates athletic ability, though not Hercules' super-strength, and is already in love with a girl named Penelope. A delegation of fishermen comes to ask King Laertes to do something about a sea monster that is killing some of them. ''Vulcan, Son of Giove'' (''Vulcano, figlio di Giove'') is a 1962 Italian fantasy-adventure film directed and co-written by Emimmo Salvi in his directorial debut. At the time of his death in 1989 he was preparing a film on ''Zeus''. The film is also known as ''Vulcan, Son of Jupiter'' (American TV title). The film was partly shot in Iran. Plot summary Following a dispute between Jupiter and Mars the latter ascends to Earth. Together with Venus he instructs the Thracians how to erect a castle which is supposed to become more beautiful than Mount Olympus. Jupiter assigns Vulcan and Etna to find Mars. Eventually the Thracians capture Etna and torture her. Vulcan saves her life and incites the slaves of the Thracians into an uprising.
