Bruno Corbucci
Bruno Corbucci (23 October 1931 – 7 September 1996) was an Italian screenwriter and film director. He was the younger brother of Sergio Corbucci, and wrote many of his films. He was born in Rome, where he also died. The vast majority of his directorial efforts are lowbrow comedies. He also directed ''I figli del leopardo'', a parody of ''Il gattopardo''. His biggest success came with the long-running "Nico Giraldi" series, which starred Tomas Milian as a foul-mouthed Roman policeman. His 1971 film '' Io non spezzo... rompo'' was shown as part of a retrospective on Italian comedy at the 67th Venice International Film Festival. Laura Troschel
Laura Troschel (3 November 1944 – 29 September 2016) was an Italian actress, singer and model. Life and career Born in Varese, Troschel made her debut in cinema in a role of weight in ''The Sex of Angels'' (1968), by Ugo Liberatore. Later, she appeared in some movies as Constanza Spada, until she became the wife of comedian Pippo Franco and resumed her original name. Between the 1970s and 1980s she participated with her husband in a number of comedy films. She was also active in television, as a presenter of some popular shows with Pippo Franco and as an actress in several miniseries. In Italian cinema, ''Giallo'' (; plural ''gialli'', from ''giallo'', Italian for yellow) is a genre of mystery fiction and thrillers that often contains slasher, crime fiction, psychological thriller, psychological horror, sexploitation, and, less frequently, supernatural horror elements.
