''Ignoto'' is the debut album by the British post-hardcore band Yourcodenameis:Milo and was released in 2005 on Fiction/Polydor. The album develops the strong sci-fi/post-hardcore sound of the group from their first mini album, ''All Roads to Fault''. Upon its release despite not being a commercial success, it was well received by critics. A striking feature of the album is the cover artwork, which was produced by renowned designer Storm Thorgerson (with Peter Curzon and photographer Rupert Truman), who has also produced artwork for such memorable albums as ''The Dark Side of the Moon'' by Pink Floyd (with Hipgnosis) and recently ''Frances the Mute'' by The Mars Volta. Yourcodenameis:milo were an English alternative rock/experimental/post-hardcore band from Washington, Tyne and Wear. Their mini album, ''All Roads to Fault'', was released in 2004, followed in 2005 by the full length album ''Ignoto'', both on Fiction/Polydor Records. In 2006, the band left their Polydor contract and within a month signed a new record deal with V2 Records. In November 2006, the band released ''Print Is Dead Vol 1'', a side project album featuring collaborations with other bands. Their second full-length album, '' They Came from the Sun'', was released in 2007. The band reformed in 2020 to perform a set of charity concerts in aid of The Cluny in Newcastle. Mark Ellis (born 16 August 1960), known by his professional pseudonym Flood, is a British rock and synthpop record producer and audio engineer. Each song on the album features Yourcodenameis:Milo collaborating with guests from current British bands. An explanation of the album and its motivation is printed in the sleeve: "We all used to make each other mix tapes when we were at school, or at least fill up the other side of a C90 with songs we knew other people hadn't heard. Storm Thorgerson
Storm Elvin Thorgerson (28 February 1944 – 18 April 2013) was an English graphic designer and music video director. He is best known for closely working with the group Pink Floyd through most of their career, and also created album or other art for Led Zeppelin, Phish, Black Sabbath, UFO, Peter Gabriel, the Alan Parsons Project, Genesis, Yes, Kansas, Dream Theater, Muse, Audioslave, the Mars Volta, The Cranberries, Helloween, Ween and Catherine Wheel. Early life Thogerson, who was of Norwegian descent, was born in Potters Bar, Middlesex (now part of Hertfordshire). The Forward Trust is a British charity that helps people with drug and alcohol dependence. Previously known as RAPt (the Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust), it was relaunched in 2017 as Forward Trust after merging with Blue Sky organization.
