Ignominious Incarceration
The Soulless, formerly known as Ignominious Incarceration, are a metalcore band based in Bath in the south west of England. History Formation (2006–2009) The band formed in the summer of 2006, playing their first gig to an audience of around 20 people. By their third show, they had replaced Abigail Williams on a tour slot as the main support act for Bring Me the Horizon and were playing to over 400 people. They were named as one of the best new English death metal bands, they have toured with the likes of Trigger the Bloodshed and Bleed From Within, and recorded a 6-track EP. Two years later, the band signed a worldwide recording contract with extreme metal label Earache Records. They recorded a debut album, ''Of Winter Born'', at Grindstone Studios in Suffolk in September 2008 with producer Scott Atkins (Sylosis, Gama Bomb). Bath () is a city in the Bath and North East Somerset unitary area in the county of Somerset, England, known for and named after its Roman-built baths. At the 2021 Census, the population was 101,557. Bath is in the valley of the River Avon, west of London and southeast of Bristol. Deez Nuts (band)
Deez Nuts are an Australian hardcore punk band that formed in Melbourne in 2007. The lineup currently consists of vocalist JJ Peters, guitarist Matt Rogers a.k.a. Real Bad, and drummer Alex Salinger. The band has released one EP and six studio albums. History Formation and ''Rep Your Hood'' (2007–2008) Deez Nuts started after the disbanding of Australian metalcore band I Killed the Prom Queen, of which JJ Peters was the drummer. After being heavily influenced by the hip hop and hardcore punk styles of music, Peters decided to start Deez Nuts. After he wrote a few songs he entered the studio to record the 2007 ''Deez Nuts'' demo performing all instruments and vocals. Kerrang!
''Kerrang!'' is a British weekly magazine devoted to rock, punk and heavy metal music, currently published by Wasted Talent (the same company that owns electronic music publication ''Mixmag''). It was first published on 6 June 1981 as a one-off supplement in the ''Sounds'' newspaper. Named after the onomatopoeic word that derives from the sound made when playing a power chord on a distorted electric guitar, ''Kerrang!'' was initially devoted to the new wave of British heavy metal and the rise of hard rock acts. In the early 2000s, it became the best-selling British music weekly. History ''Kerrang!'' was founded in 1981. Cryptopsy is a Canadian technical death metal band from Montreal, formed in 1988. History Necrosis (1988–1992) Necrosis was formed in April 1988 by drummer Mike Atkin, guitarist Steve Thibault and vocalist Dan "Lord Worm" Greening, initially under the name Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. John Todds later joined on bass. The band released several demos, including ''Mastication and Heterodontism'' (1989), ''Realms of Pathogenia'' (1991) and ''Necrosis'' (1992). The Eyes of a Traitor were an English metalcore band from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, formed in the summer of 2006. The Red Shore
The Red Shore are an Australian deathcore band from Geelong, Victoria, formed in 2004. They signed to Big Phat Adelaide Records and Modern Music in 2006 and released their first EP, ''Salvaging What's Left''. In late 2007, the band raised national headlines when they were involved in a fatal bus crash while on tour, claiming the lives of vocalist Damien Morris and roadie Andy Milner. Following the accident, the members decided to continue as a band with bass player Jamie Hope moving up to vocals as well as signing to Siege of Amida Records.
