''If I Could Make a Living'' is the second studio album by American country music singer Clay Walker, released in 1994 on Giant Records (Warner Bros. subsidiary label), Giant Records. Like his self-titled debut album, this album was certified platinum album, platinum by the RIAA. It produced the singles "If I Could Make a Living", "This Woman and This Man", and "My Heart Will Never Know", which respectively reached #1, #1, and #16 on the Hot Country Songs charts. Background In a telephone interview with ''Tulsa World'' Walker said, "I approached the second [album] a little bit differently from the first one, because it's kind of like scuba diving, the first time, you're down there at the bottom, and it's a little bit dirty, so you have to feel around a lot before you can find the treasure. Ernest Clayton Walker Jr. (born August 19, 1969) is an American country music artist. He made his debut in 1993 with the single " What's It to You", which reached Number One on the '' Billboard'' Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) chart, as did its follow-up, 1994's "Live Until I Die". Both singles were included on his self-titled debut album, released in 1993 via Giant Records. He stayed with the label until its 2001 closure, later recording for Warner Bros. Records, RCA Records Nashville, and Curb Records. Clay Walker has released a total of eleven studio albums, including a greatest hits package and an album of Christmas music. Billy Kirsch is an American songwriter and consultant. Early life Billy Kirsch attended Wesleyan University before leaving college to become a musician, focusing on a career as a jazz musician.
