Identical (2011 Film)
''Identical'' is an American independent thriller film directed by Daniel Bollag and Seo Mutarevic and starring Jonathan Togo, Emily Baldoni, Danny Alexander, Ed Asner, and Bern Cohen. The film is inspired by true events and is based on Daniel Bollag's novel ''Memoirs of a Murder''. The film premiered on July 23, 2011 at the Symphony Space in New York City. The film concentrates on tragic relationship between two identical twins who are intent on killing each other. Plot Identical twins, Mark and Rich, are born, one of them is good and the other one is evil. Even though they need each other to live, each brother deeply hates the other. When they both fall in love with the same woman, the hate increases, inevitably ending in murder. Jonathan Frederick Togo (born August 25, 1977) is an American actor, best known for his role in ''CSI: Miami'' as Ryan Wolfe. Early life, family and education Togo was born in Rockland, Massachusetts, the son of Sheila, a housewife and former visual merchandiser and Michael Togo, a commercial artist and graphic designer who previously worked for the ''Boston Globe''. Sheila Togo runs Simply Sheila, a booth at the SoWa Open Market in Boston. Robert Cleveland Johnson (May 4, 1920 – December 31, 1993) was an American actor and voice actor who played supporting roles on series television and in films from the late 1950s until a few years before his death. Johnson is probably best known as the "voice behind the scenes", who gave Special Agents Dan Briggs and Jim Phelps their recorded mission briefings on both incarnations of the '' Mission: Impossible'' television series. The "Voice" was never identified by name, title or position, and was only heard in recordings, but nevertheless became one of the most iconic features of the show. Symphony Space, founded by Isaiah Sheffer and Allan Miller, is a multi-disciplinary performing arts organization at 2537 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Performances take place in the 760-seat Peter Jay Sharp Theatre (also called Peter Norton Symphony Space) or the 160-seat Leonard Nimoy Thalia.
