State Highway 58 (SH-58) is a state highway in Kootenai County in the Idaho Panhandle of Idaho, United States. It connects Washington State Route 278 (east of Rockford) with U.S. Route 95 (US 95) and west of Worley. The highway is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department and lies entirely within the Coeur d'Alene Reservation. Route description SH-58 begins at a junction with Washington State Route 278 at the Washington state line east of Rockford. From there, the highway heads east through rural Kootenai County before turning to the southeast to cross and then follow North Fork Rock Creek. The route curves east alongside the creek and intersects US 95 at an interchange, its eastern terminus. Coeur D'Alene Reservation
The Coeur d'Alene Reservation is a Native American reservation in northwestern Idaho, United States. It is home to the federally recognized Coeur d'Alene people, Coeur d'Alene, one of the five federally recognized tribes in the state. The Coeur d'Alene (also ''Skitswish''; natively ''Schi̲tsu'umsh'') are a Native American nation and one of five federally recognized tribes in the state of Idaho. The Coeur d'Alene have sovereign control of their Coeur d'Alene Reservation, which includes a significant portion of Lake Coeur d'Alene and its submerged lands. In '' Idaho v. Circling Raven Golf Club
Circling Raven Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course in the northwest United States, located in northern Idaho near Worley. It was rated the third best public course in Idaho by '' Golf Digest'' in August 2015. Owned and operated by the Coeur d'Alene Tribe, Circling Raven opened for play in the summer of 2003. It was preceded on the site by a casino (1993) and hotel (2001). The course is named after a visionary chief of the tribe in the 18th century. State Route 278 (SR 278) is a long state highway serving rural Spokane County in the U.S. state of Washington. The highway begins at SR 27 in Rockford and travels east to the Idaho state line, where it becomes Idaho State Highway 58. SR 278 was established in 1991 to serve the Coeur d'Alene Reservation in Idaho and used the route of an old gravel road that dates back to the 1930s.
