Ice'n'Green
''Ice'n'Green'' is a 1994 album by British-Italian based Eurodance artist ICE MC. It was his third album and produced three successful singles. It includes two versions for each of two of his greatest hits, " It's a Rainy Day" and "Think About the Way". Later, the album was re-released with remixed versions and was re-entitled ''Ice'n'Green (The Remix Album)''. Roberto Zanetti, well known under his pseudonym of Robyx, wrote and produced all tracks. The album achieved success in France, where it peaked at #5 for two weeks in January 1995. It remained in the top 50 for twenty weeks and eventually earned a gold disc. It was briefly ranked for a sole week in Austria, three weeks in Sweden, six weeks in Switzerland and nine weeks in Germany, but was unable to reach the top 30 in these countries. Ice MC (born Ian Campbell, 22 March 1965) is a British rapper who started his professional music career in Italy when he got signed to Robyx and made his debut with the single " Easy". He's best known for the Eurodance hit singles " Take Away the Colour", "Think About the Way" "and " It's a Rainy Day". The Ice MC hits are most notable for being the first songs in the Eurodance genre to blend raggamuffin style rap with female singing choruses. Italian producer and singer Roberto Zanetti (a.k.a. Robyx) and his music team produced the Ice MC hits while simultaneously producing hits for other major '90s artists like Double You, Alexia, and Corona. Written and produced by Robyx, it features vocals by Italian singer Alexia. It became the most successful single of the album, reaching number-one in Italy and number two in both Belgium and Spain. As a singer, he is known under the stage name Savage and as a music producer he uses the alias Robyx.
