"I Got a Feelin'" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music singer Billy Currington. It was released in January 2004 as the second and final single from his 2003 self-titled debut album. The song peaked at number 5 on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart in mid-2004. It also reached number 50 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Currington wrote this song with Casey Beathard and Carson Chamberlain. Critical reception In his review of the album, Jeffrey B. Remz of '' Country Standard Time'' viewed the song favorably, saying that it showed Currington's traditional country sound by the prominence of fiddle (played by Stuart Duncan). William Matthew Currington (born November 19, 1973) is an American country music singer and songwriter. Signed to Mercury Records Nashville in 2003, he has released seven studio albums for the label: his self-titled debut (2003), '' Doin' Somethin' Right'' (2005), '' Little Bit of Everything'' (2008), '' Enjoy Yourself'' (2010), '' We Are Tonight'' (2013), ''Summer Forever'' (2015), and ''Intuition'' (2021). Philip Andelman is an American music video director and photographer. Andelman has directed music videos for many notable artists, see below. He has received nominations for his works from the MVPA, VMAs, and CMT awards including MVPA Director of the Year. His commercial work has won a Bronze Clio Award. Early life He grew up in Kenya, Paris, and New York City. Andelman attended Phillips Exeter Academy. Andelman was involved in filming since age 10.
