The I Am a Lot Like You! Tour was an international concert tour by American singer St. Vincent, which supported her fifth studio album ''Masseduction'' (2017). The tour started on April 5, 2018, in Mexico City, Mexico and concluded on April 7, 2019, in Bogotá, Colombia. Background The I Am a Lot A Like You Tour was a follow-up of the previous Fear the Future Tour, promoting the ''Masseduction'' album across the world, but a departure from the one-woman show presented in the last run, since this time there was a live backing band accompanying Clark. The tour comprised mostly summer festivals, but also included some solo concerts and three rescheduled dates from the previous tour. ''Masseduction'' is the fifth studio album by American musician St. Vincent, released on October 13, 2017, through Loma Vista Recordings. The album peaked at number 10 on the ''Billboard'' 200, becoming her first top ten album in the United States. The album also received universal acclaim and was the fourth-most mentioned in critics' year-end lists for 2017. At the 61st Annual Grammy Awards, ''Masseduction'' won the award for Best Recording Package and Best Rock Song for its title track, and was also nominated for the Best Alternative Music Album. Release and promotion "New York" was released as the lead single from the album on June 30, 2017. All Points East
All Points East is an annual music festival held over two weekends in London's Victoria Park, run by AEG Presents. The 10-day event comprises one festival weekend, four days of free entry and community activities known as "In the Neighbourhood" and finally three standalone headline shows in their APE Presents series. The first year of All Points East was held in 2018 with LCD Soundsystem, The xx and Björk headlining the festival weekend and Catfish and the Bottlemen, The National and Nick Cave headlining the three standalone shows the following weekend. Boston Calling Music Festival is a Boston-based music festival. The festival debuted in May 2013 and previously took place twice a year, May and September, at City Hall Plaza. The festival reportedly attracted 20,000–22,000 fans with its earlier editions, eventually drawing roughly 40,000 festival goers in 2017. In May 2016, Boston Calling announced it would move to the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston in May 2017 and transition to one festival per year, with the new space allowing the addition of more music stages and the inclusion of stand-up comedy performers. The NorVa
The NorVa is a performing venue located in Norfolk, Virginia, the name being a syllabic abbreviation of the city and state of its location. About The theatre was the brainchild of local music venue entrepreneurs Bill Reid and Rick Mersel, who have also developed the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion and have ties to the development of Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater. In 2014, the NorVa was acquired by Anschutz Entertainment Group. The original venue opened in 1922 as a 2,000-seat motion picture and live entertainment (vaudeville) theater.
