IFK Göteborg (women)
Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg (officially IFK Göteborg Fotboll), commonly known as IFK Göteborg, IFK (especially locally) or simply Göteborg, is a Swedish women's football team based in Gothenburg. Founded in 2019 as part of the football club IFK Göteborg, the team plays in Division 2 Nordvästra Götaland, the 4th level of women's football in Sweden. IFK is affiliated with Göteborgs Fotbollförbund and play their home games at Valhalla IP. The club colours are blue and white, colours shared both with the sports society which the club originated from, Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna, and with the coat of arms of the city of Gothenburg. Valhalla IP
Valhalla IP is a stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden which is currently home to IFK Göteborg (women), Göteborgs DFF and Qviding FIF. The stadium is situated close the river Mölndalsån and Burgårdsparken of the town and is named after the Valhalla (Old Norse Valhöll, "Hall of the Slain") is Odin's hall in Norse mythology. The capacity of the stadium is 4,000, where 1,200 are seated. Valhalla IP had an artificial pitch added in October 2006. On October 19, 2008, during a football match between Örgryte IS and FC Väsby United, after one minute of play a railing in the stands collapsed when fans celebrated a goal scored by Marcus Allbäck. Up to forty spectators fell down on the field, a few suffered minor injuries and one spectator was taken to hospital. It also hosted some Sweden national football team games. ''Offside'' is a Swedish bimonthly football magazine. The magazine takes its name from the football law of the same name. History and profile ''Offside'' was started in March 2000. It is published by Offside Press AB six times a year but there are often an extra issue published in connection to larger events, such as the FIFA World Cup. The magazine had its headquarters in Gothenburg. Each edition of around 130 pages has three to five long articles of 10–30 pages and several shorter interviews and reports. Håkan Mild
Stig Håkan Mild (born 14 June 1971) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a central midfielder. He is best remembered for his time with IFK Göteborg, with which he won four Swedish Championships. A full international between 1991 and 2001, he won a total of 74 caps for the Sweden national team and was a part of the Sweden team that finished third at the 1994 FIFA World Cup. He also represented his country at the 1992 Summer Olympics and UEFA Euro 2000. Alingsås () is a locality and the seat of Alingsås Municipality in Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 24,482 inhabitants in 2010. Geography Geographically the city is situated by the outlet of the small rivulet Säveån into lake Mjörn. Prioritet Serneke Arena
Prioritet Serneke Arena is a multi-sport complex in the district of Kviberg in Gothenburg, Sweden. The arena, located in Kviberg Park in eastern Gothenburg, is the largest multi-sport complex in the Nordic countries. It has a total area of 45,300 m² spread out on seven floors, and houses amongst other things a 1.2 km long indoor all-season skiing trail and a full-size football pitch with a spectator capacity of 3,300. There are also two sports other halls (for handball etc.), a restaurant, a hotel, conference areas, a fitness centre and a sports injury clinic.
