The International Conference on Theoretical, Applied, Computational and Experimental Mechanics (ICTACEM) is a professional organization for the field of Engineering. The ICTACEM was founded by (Late) Prof. P.K. Kharagpur
Kharagpur () is a planned urban agglomeration and a major industrial city in Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal, India. It is the headquarters of the Kharagpur subdivision.
