Ivan Abramovich Morozov (russian: Иван Абрамович Морозов, November 27, 1871 – July 21, 1921) was a Russian businessman and, from 1907 to 1914, a major collector of avant-garde French art. Early life Ivan attended the Zurich Polytechnic from 1892 to 1894. Here he studied chemistry, but continued to paint in oil paint on Sundays. Family Ivan was a prominent member of the Morozov dynasty. He was the second son of Abram Abramovich Morozov and his wife Varvara Alekseevna Morozova. His elder brother was Mikhail Abramovich Morozov, and his younger brother Arseny Abramovich Morozov. Collection After the Bolshevik Revolution, Morozov's art collection was nationalized and divided between the Pushkin Museum, Moscow, and the Hermitage Museum, Leningrad. Ivan Dmitriyevich Morozov (russian: Иван Дмитриевич Морозов; born 5 May 2000) is a Russian ice hockey forward for HC Spartak Moscow of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He was drafted in the second round, 61st overall, by the Vegas Golden Knights in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career During the 2019–20 season, Morozov was signed to a two-year contract extension by SKA Saint Petersburg on 29 January 2020. In the midst of the 2021–22 season, Morozov collected 4 goals and 8 points in 17 games with SKA before he was traded to HC Sochi for the remainder of the season on 27 December 2021. In an increased role and ice-time, Morozov collected 1 goal and 3 points in just 5 games. Morozov signed his two-year entry-level contract with the Vegas Golden Knights on April 26, 2022. Ivan Konstantinovich Morozov (russian: Иван Константинович Морозов; – July 11, 1979) was a major general of the Red Army during the World War II, Second World War. Morozov joined the Red Army during the Russian Civil War as a teenager, and following the end of the war served in the Caucasus region, rising to command positions in the cavalry. During the mid-1930s he was moved to the far east of Russia, to take several peacetime commands and deputy commands, and served as a battalion chief of staff at the Battle of Lake Khasan. He reached the rank of colonel before taking over what would eventually be the 422nd Rifle Division (Soviet Union), 422nd Rifle Division, the highest-numbered such division to actually see combat in the Soviet-German War.
