Ishtiaq Ahmed ( ur, ; born 24 February 1947) is a Swedish political scientist and author of Pakistani descent. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Stockholm University. An ethnic group or an ethnicity is a grouping of people who identify with each other on the basis of shared attributes that distinguish them from other groups.
