Isaque Bahiense
Isaque Bahiense is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt world champion competitor and professor, and founder of the Dream Art Project. He had trained at Alliance Jiu Jitsu previously. His world champion students include Anna Rodrigues. Professional grappling career 2020-2021 Bahiense competed at BJJ Bet on September 6, 2020 where he submitted Gregor Gracie with a guillotine. He was then invited to compete in a middleweight grand prix at BJJ Stars 4 on November 14, 2020. He won his first two matches but lost to Leandro Lo in the final. Bahiense returned at BJJ Stars 5 on February 6, 2021 for a superfight with Roberto Jimenez. He won the match 4-0 on points. He then competed at Big Deal Pro 3 on July 10, 2021 where he defeated Servio Tulio on points. He then won gold in the 85kg division of the Abu Dhabi World Pro on November 18, 2021. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ; pt, jiu-jitsu brasileiro ) is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting (ne-waza) and submission holds. BJJ focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. Brazilian jiu-jitsu was initially developed in 1926 by Brazilian brothers Carlos, Oswaldo, Gastão Jr., George, and Hélio Gracie, after Carlos was taught jiu-jitsu by a travelling Japanese judoka, Mitsuyo Maeda who himself mastered his ground fighting while interacting with Taro Miyake (Tanabe student), Sadakazu Uyenishi (Handa, Tanabe) and Yukio Tani (Tenjin Shinyo-ryu) and catch wrestlers in Europe. Fellipe Andrew Silva (born October 24, 1994) is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt under Rodrigo Cavaca. He is the 2021 World Champion in the absolute division and 2023 World Champion in the 94 kg division. He is Euros Champion in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. He is the Pan Champion of 2019, 2020, and 2021. Andrew was among six champions in the inaugural IBJJF Crown in 2023. In the lead-up to his championship wins, he was training at Zenith Academy HQ under Robert Drysdale. Professional grappling career 2019-2020 - Early career Andrew won several major IBJJF events in 2019 and 2020, including both the IBJJF European Championship and IBJJF Pan Championship. Fábio Duca Gurgel do Amaral (born 18 January 1970 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a former Mixed martial arts fighter and 7th degree coral belt Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and coach. One of the best jiu-jitsu competitors of his generation, Gurgel is a 4-time World Jiu-Jitsu Champion (1996–2001), Brazilian National champion and European Open champion. Romero Cavalcanti (born October 22, 1952) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu master and the founder of Alliance Jiu Jitsu. Rolls Gracie (; 1951–1982) was a Brazilian martial artist. He was a prominent member of the Gracie family known for their founding of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and considered by some the family's best ever fighter. He was teacher of Rickson Gracie, Carlos Gracie Jr., Royler Gracie, Maurício "Maurição" Motta Gomes, Márcio "Macarrão" Stambowsky, Rigan Machado and Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti. Carlos Gracie (September 14, 1902October 7, 1994) was a Brazilian martial artist who is credited with being one of the primary developers of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Along with his younger brother Hélio Gracie and fellow students Luis França and Oswaldo Fadda, he helped develop Brazilian jiu-jitsu based on the teachings of famed Japanese ''judōka,'' Mitsuyo Maeda in Kano Jujitsu (Judo) and is widely considered to be the martial-arts patriarch of the Gracie family. Tainan Dalpra Costa (born 6 November 2000) is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt competitor. A winner of every major tournaments as a colored belt, Dalpra is a two-time World, Pan American, and European champion. Dalpra is ranked No. 1 in the middleweight 2022-2023 IBJJF Gi Ranking.
