''Infierno en el Ring'' (2010) (Spanish for "Inferno in the ring") was a professional wrestling supercard produced by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), which took place on June 18, 2010 in Arena Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico. Previous year's ''Infierno en el Ring'' events have been held on Fridays, replacing CMLL's regularly scheduled Super Viernes show, but in 2010 the event was held on Sunday night instead. The 2010 Infierno en el Ring is the third show under that name and the 13th time CMLL have promoted an ''Infierno en el Ring'' cage match. Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre Co., Ltd. (CMLL; , "World Wrestling Council") is a ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. Wrestling Promotion
A professional wrestling promotion is a company or business that regularly performs shows involving professional wrestling that has little relationship to the rules of the amateur olympic form. "Promotion" also describes a role which entails management, advertising and logistics of running a wrestling event (''see promoter''). Tag Team
Tag team wrestling is a type of professional wrestling in which matches are contested between teams of multiple wrestlers. Tag teams may be made up of wrestlers who normally wrestle in singles competition, but more commonly are made of established teams who wrestle regularly as a unit and have a team name and identity. Alfonso Peﾃｱa (born June 10, 1969) is a Mexican ''luchador'' , or professional wrestler best known under the ring name Histeria currently working for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. He also worked for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) under the ring name Morphosis. Peﾃｱa is best known for the 14 years he worked for AAA, until leaving in 2009.
