Indonesian Idol (season 4)
The 4th season of ''Indonesian Idol'' premiered on RCTI on March 30, 2007 and concluded on July 28, 2007. Daniel Mananta and Ata continued to host the show. On the workshop round plus the first two spectacular show, Daniel hosted the show alone due to Ata's pregnancy. Ata started joining Daniel back hosting the show on the third spectacular show. Additionally, Nirina Zubir and Indra Bekti were also announced as the hosts of ''Idol Banget'', a behind-the-scenes show of Indonesian Idol. Changes were made to the judging team this season. While Titi DJ and Indra Lesmana returned as the judges, due to scheduling difficulties of their career, Indy Barends and Dimas Djayadiningrat had resigned from judging the fourth season of Indonesian Idol. Indra Lesmana
Indra Lesmana (born in Jakarta, Indonesia on 28 March 1966) is an Indonesian arranger, composer, songwriter and jazz musician of mixed Dutch, Javanese, Minangkabau and Madurese descent. He is the father of Indonesian actress and singer-songwriter, Eva Celia Lesmana. Biography Lesmana grew up in a house of music and musicians. His father was jazz guitarist and his mother was a singer. He began playing piano when he was nine. A year later, he played in his father's band. Koes Plus, formerly Koes Bersaudara (Koes Brothers), is an Indonesian musical group that enjoyed success in the 1960s and 1970s. Dewi Sandra Killick or better known as Dewi Sandra (born 3 April 1980) is a Brazilian-born Indonesian singer, actress, dancer and model of mixed English and Betawi people, Betawi descent. Nidji is an Indonesian rock band based in Jakarta. Formed in February 2002, Nidji's name comes from the Japanese word ''niji'' (虹), meaning "rainbow". Melliana Cessy Goeslaw (born 7 January 1974) is an Indonesian singer, songwriter, composer, producer, writer and actress. She began singing while in the fifth grade, then began writing songs and took work as a backing vocalist for Elfa Secioria in high school. Slank is an Indonesian rock band. It was founded in 1983 by teenagers in an alley street in Jakarta called Gang Potlot. The band is also known for its song which are often accompanied with political and socially conscious lyrics. It continues to be active and has received many awards from the Indonesian music industry. Padi (Indonesian for ''Oryza sativa'') is an Indonesian rock band. It is formed in 1996 with their early name Soda. When the band formed on April 8, 1997 through the rename from Soda to Padi, all of its members were still studying at Airlangga University, Surabaya, Indonesia.
