"Indian Summer" is a song by Welsh rock band Stereophonics. It was released as the second single from their eighth studio album ''Graffiti on the Train'' (2013). It was released as a digital download in the United Kingdom on 21 January 2013 and as a limited edition 10" vinyl single on 25 February. The song peaked at number 30 on the UK Singles Chart on 10 March 2013, becoming their 1st UK Top 40 single since 2007 and 25th UK Top 40 single in total. As of 2022, it currently remains their most recent UK Top 40 hit. The song was written by the band's lead singer Kelly Jones. Javier Weyler
Javier Andrés Weyler (born 3 July 1975) is an Argentine-born Venezuelan-English drummer, best known as a member of Stereophonics from 2004 to 2012. He was the drummer in the Venezuelan band Claroscuro for over nine years until he left the country in 2001 to study audio engineering in London. In 2008 he released his first solo album, ''Lagrima'', under the pseudonym of Capitan Melao. Jamie Morrison
Jamie Morrison (born 30 June 1983) is a British musician and producer from Scotland, best known as the drummer in Welsh band the Stereophonics. He is also known for his playing with Noisettes, Drewford Alabama and Ninjas & Wolves. Biography In 2012 Morrison joined the Stereophonics, following his departure from the Noisettes in 2010, a band he had joined in 2003. Morrison has produced music with songwriter and rapper Fem Fel. The pair collaborate under the name Ninjas & Wolves. Jamie has also produced Fyfe Dangerfield and many other artists under his 'Drewford Alabama' pseudonym. Graffiti On The Train
''Graffiti on the Train'' is the eighth studio album by Welsh rock band Stereophonics. Produced by the group's lead-singer and guitarist Kelly Jones and Jim Lowe, it was released on 4 March 2013 on their own Stylus Records. It was the first Stereophonics album since '' Keep Calm and Carry On'' (2009), marking the first time they had not released a record within two years. It was intended for an October 2012 release date and took nearly two years to complete. This is the last record to feature drummer Javier Weyler, who was officially replaced by Jamie Morrison on 24 September 2012. The album's earliest idea spawned when children were running across the singer's rooftop in order to access the trains and spray paint graffiti on one of them. With 40 unfinished song ideas, the band composed 30 of these to be released as an album trilogy but decided against the idea, instead releasing a follow up (intended to be the second part) on 11 September 2015.
