''In the Flesh'' is a BBC Three supernatural drama series starring Luke Newberry. Written and created by Dominic Mitchell, the show began airing on BBC Three on 17 March 2013 with the first series consisting of three one-hour-long episodes. Set after "The Rising", which is the show's take on a zombie apocalypse, the drama focuses on a reanimated young man, Kieren Walker, and his return to his local community. "In the Flesh?" and "In the Flesh" are two songs by the English rock band Pink Floyd, released on their eleventh studio album, '' The Wall'' (1979). "In the Flesh?" is the opening track, and introduces the story concept of the album. "In the Flesh" is the twenty-first song of the album, and is a reprise of the first with a choir, different verses and more extended instrumentation. The title is a reference to the band's 1977 In the Flesh Tour, during which Roger Waters, in frustration, spat at a fan who was attempting to climb the fence separating the band from the crowd. Composition The majority of the songs are in the key of A Major and its time signature is 6/8. The arrangement is highly dynamic and dramatic. The first few seconds of the first song ("In the Flesh?") are very quiet, and feature the melody of the song " Outside the Wall", which is the album's closing track. Originally from the band's self-titled debut album, '' Blondie'', the song was Blondie's second and final single on the Private Stock label. Song information The song has a feel reminiscent of Phil Spector-produced pop music from the early 1960s, with prominent piano, female backing vocals, and a time signature of 12/8. ''Record World'' said that "Deborah Harry's vocal is a knockout." In the Flesh, also known as the Animals Tour, was a concert tour by the English rock band Pink Floyd, in support of their 1977 album ''Animals''. It was divided in two legs: one in Europe and another in North America. The tour featured large inflatable puppets, as well as a pyrotechnic "waterfall", and one of the biggest and most elaborate stages to date, including umbrella-like canopies that would rise from the stage to protect the band from the elements. This was the last tour in which Pink Floyd played songs from ''Animals'' live (early versions of "Dogs" and "Sheep" had been performed with different titles during their 1974 and 1975 tours). Pink Floyd would never again play songs from ''Animals'' during their tours, but the flying pig still appeared with different designs. Only Roger Waters would continue playing songs from ''Animals'' live.
