"In da Wind" is a song by American rapper Trick Daddy. Released as the first single from his fifth studio album ''Thug Holiday'' (2002), it features guest appearances from rappers Big Boi and Cee Lo Green and was produced by Jazze Pha, who helped to write the song alongside the three rappers. It was later sampled in the Collipark remix of Britney Spears and the Ying Yang Twin's " (I Got That) Boom Boom". Maurice Samuel Young (born September 27, 1974), better known by his stage name Trick Daddy, is an American rapper from Miami's Liberty City (Miami), Liberty City. Early life Trick Daddy was born on September 27, 1974, at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. His mother, Pearl Brockington of South Carolina, raised him and his 10 brothers and sisters in the Liberty Square (Miami), Liberty Square apartment complex in Liberty City (Miami), Liberty City after relocating from Goulds, Florida. The building where he grew up was colloquially known as "Pork-N-Beans" in reference to the color of the apartment doors.
