Igbajo
Igbajo is a town in the southwest of Nigeria, in the Boluwaduro Local Government Area in Osun State. Igbajo was founded in the 12th century. It neighbors the cities of Iresi, Ìlá Òràngún, Okemesi, Ada, Ire, Otan-Aiyegbaju, Otan-Ile, Imesi-Ile, Edemosi and Oyan. It is located 199mi or (321km) southwest of Abuja, the capital of Nigeria. Igbajo has 10 village farm settlements which includes: Aragba, Edi-Araromi, Peete, Aiyetoro, Ajegunle, Osoro-Odoka, Kajola, 'Budo Kiriji and Oke Budo. Kiriji War
The Kiriji War, also known as the Ekiti–Parapo War, was a 16-year-long civil war between the subethnic kingdoms of the Yoruba people, specifically divided between the Western Yoruba, which was mainly the Ibadan and Oyo-speaking Yorubas, and the Eastern Yoruba, who were the Ekiti people, Ijesha, Ijebu people, and others. Reasons for the war *During the war, all of the subethnic groups of the Yoruba either supported the Ibadan or the Ekiti. The main reason for the civil war was an attempt to halt the expansive efforts of the Ibadan city-state, which attempted to replace the Oyo Empire as the dominant region in Yorubaland. In addition, Ibadan wanted a unified Yoruba nation similar to that of the Oyo Empire, while the Ekiti wanted a loose confederation of kingdoms that had existed in the Ekiti region. Otan Ayegbaju
Otan Ayegbaju (Otan for short) is an historic town in Yorubaland founded about 500 years ago by descendants of Oduduwa, who migrated from Ifẹ. It is the headquarters of Boluwaduro Local Government Area. Nearby towns are Eripa, Iresi, Igbajo, Oke-run and Oyan. It's the seat of the Catholic Maria pilgrimage (Oke Maria). The Owa of Otan Ayegbaju is the title given to the king. The Owa of Otan Ayegbaju was the 26th child of Oduduwa. The town's government wasn't destroyed by inter-tribal wars. Oba (ruler)
Oba means ″ruler″ in the Yoruba language, Yoruba and Bini languages of West Africa. Kings in Yorubaland, a region which is in the modern republics of Benin, Nigeria and Togo, make use of it as a pre-nominal honorific. Alaafin, or ''The Owner of the Palace'' in the Yoruba language, is the title of the emperor of the medieval Oyo empire and present-day Oyo town of West Africa. Orangun

History According to Yoruba oral history, the first Òràngún was the first grandson of Odùduwà, the mythical ancestor of the Yoruba, who was king at Ile-Ife in ancient times.
