I Am Soldier
''I Am Soldier'' is a 2014 British action thriller film directed by Ronnie Thompson and starring Tom Hughes, Noel Clarke and Alex Reid. The film follows a military chef, who attempts the Special Air Service (SAS) selection. Plot Mickey Tomlinson (Tom Hughes) is a military chef who attempts the Special Air Service (SAS) selection. The SAS is the United Kingdom's and the world’s most renowned Special Forces Regiment. Mickey passes himself off as a weak chef to the other candidates, but it is fairly obvious he is hiding some type of military experience. During his attempt to join the SAS, he meets up with comrade, JJ (George Russo), who is attempting the test for the second time (only two attempts are allowed). Tom Hughes (actor)
Tom Hughes (born 18 April 1985) is an English actor. He is best known for his roles as Prince Albert in the ITV drama ''Victoria'' (2016–2019) and Joe Lambe in the BBC drama '' The Game'' (2014), as well as The English. His films include '' Cemetery Junction'' (2011), ''Red Joan'' (2018), '' The Laureate'' (2021), and ''Shepherd'' (2021). Early life Hughes was born and brought up in Upton-by-Chester, Cheshire, the younger of two boys. He attended the Liverpool Everyman Youth Theatre group. He was a member of the Cheshire Youth Theatre and the Jigsaw Music Theatre Company. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting. Rotten Tomatoes is an American review-aggregation website for film and television. Miranda Caroline Raison (born 18 November 1977) is an English actress and voice-over narrator. Early life Miranda Raison was born in Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk, on 18 November 1977. UK Joint Special Forces Selection is the selection and training process for members of the United Kingdom's three regular Special Forces formations: 22 Special Air Service, Special Air Service Reserve, Special Boat Service, and Special Reconnaissance Regiment and the SBS (Reserve).
