''III'' is the third studio album by Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. It was released June 23, 2009, and all pre-orders shipped on June 18, 2009. The first single from the album is Just A Shock, which was uploaded to the band's MySpace as a promo for the album. About a week before the album's release another song was released to the public: Step Up (I'm On It). On June 19 the album was leaked in its entirety onto the internet. The song "Harvest Moon Hanging" is a reference to the Harvest Moon from the ''Bone'' series (most notably collection six, '' Old Man's Cave''). The album debuted at number 71 on the Billboard 200 in its first week of release. It was announced that their song "Step Up (I'm on It)" was used as the official theme for the inaugural WWE Bragging Rights Pay-Per-View. Maylene and the Sons of Disaster is an American heavy metal band from Birmingham, Alabama. The group were founded in 2004, shortly after vocalist Dallas Taylor's departure from Underoath. In 2005, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster signed to Mono Vs Stereo and released their self-titled debut album. The band name and concept are based on the legend of the criminal gang of Ma Barker and her sons, noting that evil lifestyles will be met with divine justice. Ferret Music was an American independent record label turned Warner Music Group subsidiary, founded in 1996. The label is owned by NORA's vocalist, Carl Severson, and based in West Windsor, New Jersey. Ferret recently started an imprint called New Weathermen Records. The 2009 Bragging Rights was the inaugural Bragging Rights professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw, SmackDown, and ECW brand divisions. The event took place on October 25, 2009, at the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
