"I'm Moving On" is the debut single by Scott Cain, winner of the 2002 Australian ''Popstars'' series. The lyrics deal with the singer's decision to end a relationship in which he feels he is being emotionally abused. Backing vocals on the track are sung by Rai Thistlethwayte of Thirsty Merc. Scott Cain (born 2 April 1981) is an Australian singer and TV presenter. In 2002 he won the third Australian ''Popstars'' TV talent competition. His debut solo album, ''Controlled Folly'' (October 2002), peaked in the ARIA Charts, ARIA Albums Chart top 50. Its lead single, "I'm Moving On (Scott Cain song), I'm Moving On" (May 2002), reached number one on the related ARIA Singles Chart.
