The is a railway line in Kyushu, southern Japan, operated by the Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu). It connects the west and east coasts of the island. The line originates at Kumamoto Station in Kumamoto and ends at terminal of Ōita Station in Ōita. Higo-Ōzu Station
is a railway station on the Hohi Main Line operated by JR Kyushu in Ōzu, Kumamoto, Japan. Lines The station is served by the Hōhi Main Line and is located 22.6 km from the starting point of the line at . Kikuyō, Kumamoto
is a town located in Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. As of October 2016, the town has an estimated population of 41,411 and a density of 1,100 persons per km2. The total area is 37.57 km2. Kikuyō borders the city of Kumamoto on the north-east side and is centered on Highway 57 and the Aso-bound train line. The town is growing, due to the presence of a Tokyo Electric plant and the current construction of a new Fujifilm plant on highway 57. Kikuyō is known for its Kikuyō carrots. Hikari-no-Mori Station
is a railway station on the Hohi Main Line operated by JR Kyushu in Kita-ku, Kumamoto, Japan. Lines The station is served by the Hōhi Main Line and is located 14.8 km from the starting point of the line at . Layout The station consists of an island platform serving two tracks at grade. The station building is a modern concrete hashigami structure where the station facilities are located on a bridge which spans the tracks and which provides entrances to the station and a free passage to access roads on both sides of the tracks.
