Håvard Nordtveit
Håvard Nordtveit (born 21 June 1990) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defender or defensive midfielder for Skjold IL in the Norwegian 4th Division. Club career Norway Nordtveit began his career as a youth in Norway with Vats 94 (where his father, Øyvind Nordtveit, trained him) and Skjold before joining Haugesund. It was announced on 29 June 2006 that he signed his first professional contract with the club, keeping him until 2009. As Nordtveit made a transfer move, both Vats 94 and Skjold received an entitlement share of the money. By August 2006, Nordtveit was called up to the first team for the first time. On 20 August 2006, Nordtveit became the youngest player ever to play for Haugesund, as he was selected for the starting line-up in a 2–0 victory against Sogndal at Haugesund Stadium. Vats, Rogaland
Vats or Vatne is a village in Vindafjord municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The village is located in the traditional district of Haugalandet between the southern end of the lake Vatsvatnet and the northern end of the Vatsfjorden. Haugesund Stadion
Haugesund Stadion, currently named Haugesund Sparebank Arena for sponsorship purposes, is a soccer-specific stadium in Haugesund, Norway. Haugesund Stadion is the home ground of Eliteserien team FK Haugesund and 2. divisjon team SK Vard Haugesund. Capacity History The first football field in Haugesund was Barneparken, located at the current Rådhusplassen and opened in 1911, costing 400 Norwegian krone. The pitch was uneven, underdimensioned and lacked proper locker rooms. The municipality found the venue unsuitable, and in 1918 bought a parcel of land at Sørhaug from Erik Jacobsen. The venue opened on 17 May 1920, as Haugesund kommunale idrettsplass. However, the municipality did not build a locker room, so the three clubs using the venue, Haugesund IL, SK av 1918 and Vard Haugesund each put up NOK 700 towards new facilities. 2007 Norwegian Football Cup Final
The 2007 Norwegian Football Cup Final took place at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on 11 November 2007. The match was contested between heavy favorites Lillestrøm and underdogs Haugesund. With Lillestrøm played in the top tier Tippeligaen and Haugesund in the second tier Adeccoligaen, the Norwegian media dubbed Lillestrøm the biggest favorites to win the cup final since Rosenborg met Fyllingen in 1990. Haugesund surprisingly made it to the cup final, becoming the first team outside Tippeligaen in 10 years to reach the final. However, players from Haugesund admitted to having been lucky with the draw in both the quarterfinals and semifinals, where Haugesund avoided the big clubs. Løv-Ham Fotball
Løv-Ham Fotball is a football club from Fyllingsdalen in Bergen, Norway. Its origins are two local sports teams in Fyllingsdalen called ''Løvåsen'' and ''Hamre''. On 29 December 1975 those clubs were merged, choosing the name Løv-Ham. In March 1999 Løv-Ham was divided into a football division, Løv-Ham Fotball, and a handball division, Løv-Ham Håndball.
