Hywel Williams-Ellis, sometimes billed as Hywel Williams Ellis, is a British actor who was active in the 1980s and 1990s. Williams-Ellis' first television appearance was in the episode 'Days' of ''BBC2 Playhouse'' in 1981. He played Honesty Evans in thirteen episodes of the HTV series ''Smuggler'' (1981), which starred Oliver Tobias. He played Stewart in ATV's '' Starting Out'' (1982), a series for schools written by Grazyna Monvid. He reprised the role in one episode of the 1986 series by the same writer. ITV Wales and West, previously known as Harlech Television (HTV), was an ITV franchise area in the United Kingdom until 31 December 2013, licensed to a broadcaster by the regulator Ofcom. There is no channel, past or present, named "ITV Wales and West". ''Boon'' is a British television drama starring Michael Elphick, David Daker, and later Neil Morrissey. It was created by Jim Hill and Bill Stair and filmed by Central Television for ITV, and was originally broadcast between 1986 and 1995. It revolved around the life of an ex-fireman called Ken Boon. - a motorcycle-obsessed small time businessman who at the same time acts as a private investigator, bodyguard and general troubleshooter. ''Dramarama'' is a British children's anthology series broadcast on ITV between 1983 and 1989. The series tended to feature single dramas with a science fiction, supernatural and occasionally satirical theme.
