Hutbay is the capital of Little Andaman in India. There are a number of government offices in the city, such as the Tehsildar office, Zila Parishad. The island's bus-stand is housed here. Little Andaman
Little Andaman Island (Onge: ''Gaubolambe'') is the fourth largest of the Andaman Islands of India with an area of 707 km2, lying at the southern end of the archipelago. It belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It lies south of Port Blair, the capital of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Ten Degree Channel is a channel that separates the Andaman Islands and Nicobar Islands from each other in the Bay of Bengal.
