Hugh Wright, (7 November 1875 – 24 December 1953) was a Scotland national rugby union team, Scotland international rugby football player. Rugby Union career Amateur career He played for Watsonian FC, Watsonians. Provincial career Wright played for Edinburgh District (rugby union), Edinburgh District in the 1893–94 Scottish Districts season, 1893 inter-city match. He played for Cities District (rugby union), Cities District in 1893–94 Scottish Districts season, 1893. He played for East of Scotland District (rugby union), East of Scotland District in 1893–94 Scottish Districts season, 1894. Hugh Wright (schoolmaster)
Hugh Raymond Wright (born 24 August 1938) is an English schoolmaster and educationalist who was chairman of the Headmasters' Conference for 1995–1996. In his early career Wright taught at Brentwood School and Cheltenham College, where he was Head of Classics. He was then successively headmaster of Stockport Grammar School, Gresham's School, and King Edward's School, Birmingham. Early life The son of the Rev.
