Huang Zhiquan (; born February 1942) is a Chinese politician. He served as Governor of Jiangxi Province and was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Huang was born in 1942 in Tongxiang, Zhejiang, China. He graduated from Zhejiang Agricultural University (now part of Zhejiang University). Huang's political career has been mainly in Jiangxi Provincial Government. Wang Jun (; born March 26, 1952) is a Chinese politician and former senior regional official. He was the Director of the State Administration of Work Safety between March and September 2008. He was appointed acting Governor of Shanxi in September 2008 after a botched government response to a mudslide in the province led to the resignation of then Governor Meng Xuenong. He served as Shanxi Governor until December 2012, when he was transferred to Inner Mongolia to serve as party chief there. He left active politics in August 2016. Hu Changqing
Hu Changqing (simplified Chinese: 胡长清; 24 August 1948 – 8 March 2000) was a Chinese politician who served as vice-governor of Jiangxi. In 2000, he was terminated from employment, sentenced to death for bribery and corruption, and then executed via firing squad. It is alleged that part of the reason Hu was executed was because he criticized Jiang Zemin, the general secretary of China at the time. Hu thus became the first deputy provincial cadre sentenced to be executed for corruption since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Hu Changqing had a son named Hu Wei. Hu Changqing once purchased several fake graduation certificates from a Peking University staff member, falsely claiming that Hu obtained degrees there.
