Huang Xiaoyun
Huang Xiaoyun (; born 22 December 1998), is a Chinese singer and actress of Bouyei ethnicity. She first gained recognition in the Chinese television talent show ''The Voice of China 4'' in 2015 and later on in 2020, when she was a competitor on Hunan TV's ''Singer 2020.'' Huang Xiaoyun is known for her vocals and wide vocal range, as well as her viral performance of " Upwards to the Moon" () on ''Sound of My Dream''. The performance gained over 10 million views on YouTube. Early life On 22 December 1998, Huang Xiaoyun was born in Longping Town, Luodian County, Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou, China. Her parents discovered that she was able to accurately hum the tune of music being played when she was 6 months old and her father taught her how to play the drums when she was 2. Luodian County () is a county under the administration of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the south of Guizhou province, China, bordering Guangxi to the south. Emotional intelligence (EI) is most often defined as the ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions.
