Hoàng Vissai (born as Dio Preye on 15 January 1985) is a former footballer who played as a centre-back. Born in Nigeria, he acquired Vietnamese citizenship in 2010. Kaduna
Kaduna is the capital city of Kaduna State, and the former political capital of Northern Region, Nigeria, Northern Nigeria. It is located in north-western Nigeria, on the Kaduna River.
