"How to Disappear Completely" is a song by the English rock band Radiohead from their fourth studio album, ''Kid A'' (2000). It was produced by the band with their producer Nigel Godrich. It is titled after Doug Richmond's 1985 book ''How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found''. It was released as a promotional single in the US, Poland and Belgium. Radiohead wrote "How to Disappear Completely" in mid-1997, during their tour of their third album, ''OK Computer'' (1997). They first performed it in 1998 during the tour. An early soundcheck performance features in the 1998 documentary ''Meeting People Is Easy''. ''How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found'' is a how-to book by Doug Richmond, originally released in 1985. Plot The book is a guide on starting a new identity. It includes chapters on planning a disappearance, arranging for new identification, finding work, establishing credit, pseudocide (creating the impression of one's own death), and more. Jonny Greenwood
Jonathan Richard Guy Greenwood (born 5 November 1971) is an English musician and composer. He is the lead guitarist and keyboardist of the alternative rock band Radiohead, and has written numerous film scores. Along with his elder brother, the Radiohead bassist Colin, Greenwood attended Abingdon School in Abingdon near Oxford, England, where he met the future band members. The youngest of the group, Greenwood was the last to join, first playing keyboards and harmonica but soon becoming lead guitarist. He abandoned a degree in music when the band signed to Parlophone; their debut single, " Creep", (1992) was distinguished by Greenwood's aggressive guitar work. The ondes Martenot ( ; , "Martenot waves") or ondes musicales ("musical waves") is an early electronic musical instrument. Orchestra Of St John's
The Orchestra of St John's is an orchestra in the United Kingdom, founded in 1967 by John Lubbock. Originally called the Orchestra of St John's Smith Square, it was named after St John's, Smith Square in central London. The Orchestra has worked with British soloists including Dame Felicity Lott, Tasmin Little, John Lill and Stephen Kovacevich, and also aims to provide a platform for new musicians, including performers such as Julian Bliss and Chloë Hanslip. Nigel Godrich
Nigel Timothy Godrich (born 28 February 1971) is an English record producer, recording engineer and musician. He is known for his work with the English rock band Radiohead, having produced all their studio albums since '' OK Computer'' (1997). He has also produced several projects by the Radiohead singer, Thom Yorke. He is a member of Atoms for Peace (with Yorke) and Ultraísta. Early in his career, Godrich worked as the house engineer at RAK Studios, London, under the producer John Leckie.
