Hot Water (American Dad!)
"Hot Water" is the seven season premiere of the animated comedy series ''American Dad!''. It aired on Fox on September 25, 2011, and is written by Judah Miller and Murray Miller and directed by Chris Bennett. It was nominated for the Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program (for Programming Less Than One Hour). In this episode, narrated by CeeLo Green, is a parody musical of Little Shop of Horrors. It follows Stan buying a hot tub to relieve his daily stress, only to get into hot water when the hot tub begins killing his family and friends. ''American Dad!'' is an American animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker and Matt Weitzman for the Fox Broadcasting Company. Since 2014, the series has been airing new episodes on TBS. ''American Dad!'' is the first television series made to premiere on Fox's Animation Domination block. The series premiered on February 6, 2005, following Super Bowl XXXIX, with the rest of the first season airing three months later beginning May 1, 2005. Seth Woodbury MacFarlane (; born October 26, 1973) is an American actor, animator, filmmaker, comedian, and singer.
