The Winery Dogs
The Winery Dogs are an American rock supergroup formed in 2012 by Richie Kotzen, Billy Sheehan and Mike Portnoy. Background The idea of the band started out as a project featuring drummer Mike Portnoy and bassist Billy Sheehan, who were aiming to form a power trio rock band with a lead singer/guitarist as the frontman. After an aborted project, tentatively titled "Bad Apple", with guitarist/vocalist John Sykes, talk show host Eddie Trunk heard about it and suggested Richie Kotzen, who had previously played with Sheehan in the band Mr. Big from 1997 to 2002. The three musicians got together at Richie Kotzen's studio in Los Angeles and at the end of the jam session, they had a few skeletons of songs that would appear on the debut album. ''Bruce Forsyth's Hot Streak'' is an American television game show that aired on ABC from January 6 to April 4, 1986. British television personality Bruce Forsyth hosted the series, the only time he hosted a series outside of his native United Kingdom. Gene Wood and Marc Summers took turns as announcers every week. The show originated as a 1983 pilot called ''Party Line'', hosted by Gene Rayburn. The show was picked up with a few minor changes, mainly Forsyth replacing Rayburn as host and the show title changed. Reg Grundy Productions produced ''Bruce Forsyth's Hot Streak'', which was the first daytime series the Grundy company produced for a network other than NBC. It was also only Grundy's fourth series he attempted in America, after ''Scrabble'', ''Time Machine'', and daytime and syndicated editions of ''Sale of the Century''. Ron E Sparks
Ron E Sparks (born 4 March 1951) is an Australian radio personality and voice talent. Sparks was raised in Brisbane. Sparks now lives in the north Sydney suburb of Cammeray with his wife and two sons. The "E" in his name "Ron E Sparks" does not stand for anything. It was originally added by program director Rod Muir, who thought that "Ronnie Sparx" sounded too immature, and wanted Sparks to transition gradually to using just "Ron" (which he has resisted doing). Early career Sparks worked in several regional radio stations before moving to Sydney in the 1970s, he managed to score a role on air at the then top rating AM station 2SM as "Ron E.
