Genki Horiguchi
is a Japanese professional wrestler, better known by the ring name . He is currently a full-time wrestler for Dragon Gate. He has also competed in Wrestling Society X and Ring of Honor. When Horiguchi's hairline began receding, the fans began to chant H-A-G-E ( being Japanese for "baldness") at him. He managed to use this to gain a sort of cult popularity, and his catchphrase, "Who has called me hage?", is one of the best known in Japan. Horiguchi Daigaku
was a poet and translator of French literature in Taishō and Shōwa period Japan. He is credited with introducing French surrealism to Japanese poetry, and to translating the works of over 66 French authors into Japanese. Early life Horiguchi was born in the Hongō neighborhood of Tokyo. His father, Horiguchi Kumaichi was the son of ex-samurai from Echigo and a career diplomat with the Foreign Ministry who was the Japanese consul at Incheon during the First Sino-Japanese War. Horiguchi attended the Literature Department of Keio University, but never graduated (which is rather ironic, since his given name "Daigaku" is written with the same ''kanji'' as "university", and came from the fact that his father was still a student at Tokyo Imperial University when he was born). Kazushiza Horiguchi
is a Japanese professional shogi player ranked 8-dan. Early life and apprenticeship Horiguchi was born in Tokyo Metropolis on February 28, 1975. He learned shogi around the age of ten after seeing a shogi set at his grandparents' house. Horiguchi entered the Japan Shogi Association's apprentice school as a pupil of shogi professional at the rank of 6-kyū in 1988. He was promoted to the rank of 1-dan in 1991, and entered the 3-dan League in 1993. Horiguchi came close to obtaining full professional status and the rank of 4-dan in the 17th 3-dan League (April 1995September 1995), but lost his last round game to future fellow professional Kimura Kazuki to miss out on promotion. is a Japanese mixed martial artist currently competing in Bellator MMA and Rizin FF in the Flyweight division. He is the former bantamweight champion in both organizations.
